AGAMATA ASSOCIATES was founded in 1980 with the main purpose to provide services to the different sectors and/or participants in the construction industry, such as various financial and lending institutions including governmental, and real estate developers, contractors, architects, engineers, lawyers, environmentalists, appraisers, and building owners.

AGAMATA ASSOCIATES has provided analysis and consultations on a wide range of projects that include retail malls and shopping centers, office buildings, apartments and single family residential, industrial and commercial business parks, casinos, hotels, sound and movie studios, theaters, religious institutions, community, mixed and special-use developments.

Our objective is to provide you and/or your company with an independent cost analysis and to review construction costs to verify their adequacy, accuracy and reasonableness in relation to the building plans and documents.
